Saturday, March 13, 2008 - Women's Self Defense Seminar

12:00-2:00pm at The Karate Center, Cost:  $45.00, Open to the Public.  Call (509) 529-8809 to Pre-Register.

Open to women of all ages and fitness levels.  Instructor Dave Lybbert , a 6^th degree karate black belt, will teach safety, awareness and physical escape techniques.  Learn to defend yourself against attack and leave more empowered than you ever imagined.  Just wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
